Anger

Good preparations and a lot of training may be needed to make the child handle things that it does not like spontaneously; having to sit still may be enough to trigger an outburst. Outbursts can make the child destroy things, bite or grab other people. Sometimes the outburst may start with the child biting himself/herself or knocking the head in the wall.

In case of severe outbreaks of anger and aggressive behaviour, it is important to have a strategy so that you can keep calm in order to help the adolescent in the best possible way.
