You may feel that you want to go to the bathroom a few extra times because you are afraid of having to get up once you have gone to bed. You want your parents/caregivers to say good night in the right way and assure you that nothing bad will happen in order for you to feel calm. This often increases time before you fall asleep, and you are then very tired the next day. You and your parents/caregivers must try to agree on how they can help you to fall asleep earlier.
